We offer small personalised sessions in Stretch Therapy.
The class is run, in a personalised way where attention to detail is given to assist you to overcome stiffness, injury and a peaceful mind.
Our stretch class is a perfect introduction to the techniques used in Hatha yoga and stretch therapy.
Routines of movements will be taught combined with specific Stretch Therapy™ techniques.
As well as the class incorporating flexibility and strength, attention to rhythmic breathing will also be taught. These techniques have been taught and practised by the asian arts for millennium, the outcome of this practice will allow you to ease tensions and encourage fluid movement.
It is suitable for anybody wanting to create a strong, flexible body as well as providing freedom of movement and a peaceful mind.
To experience the ongoing benefits and to become proficient in the routines, continued practice is recommended.
